JOB SUMMARY

As a special member of CEO Office, you’ll be the primary advisor/assistant to full spectrum of executive board’s mission and objectives, focusing on handling high-level strategic planning (for organizational sustainability & critical projects), communication & interaction with external partners as well as supporting operational activities of CEO Office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist CEO (and other Executive Board’s members in need) for both strategic and operational/administrative areas, including meeting management, appointments arrangement, responsibilities follow-up/reminders, translation/interpretation, high-level communication, or announcement, etc.
  • Act as key contact to effectively control partnership, relationship & coordination with external business partners (donors, project sponsors, etc.)
  • Support CEO to monitor strategic activities and/or project milestones, targeted outcomes to be promptly & effectively delivered
  • Advise CEO on organizational strategic planning & execution, sustainable development, efficient directions, etc.
  • Ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by CEO or Executive Board’s members

WHAT YOU ARE EXPECTED

  • Possess Bachelor’s degree in Commercial/Economics, Business Administration/Consultancy, Enterprise Management or related fields
  • From 3-4 years of experiences at the same position, preferred in healthcare/social enterprise
  • Strong strategic advising/consulting and high-levels assistance skills
  • Standard office IT skills (strongly focus on Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Intermediate level of Business English (IELTS from 6.0)
  • Productive communication and business partnering skills
  • Expert in operational/administrative management
